Appointments:

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why the occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

For your convenience, “drop-off” appointments are available for established clients. A drop-off means you can bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for the day. Usually we will ask you to drop off sometime in the morning so our doctor can examine your pet in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is done, we will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and to give you discharge instructions.

A phone call is always appreciated if you need to reschedule an appointment or are running late.

Animal Restraint:

For the safety of all pets and people, dogs must be on short leashes and cats must be in crates.

Payment:

All professional fees are due at time of services rendered. A deposit is required for extensive or emergency procedures-estimates upon request. Since this hospital is supported entirely by free enterprise, we do not allow payment plans. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, Debit cards, Care Credit and personal checks (with valid driver’s license).

There will be a $35 service charge on all returned checks.
